Jasper is a sweet and sensitive boy who is looking for a patient and understanding home where he can continue to grow in confidence and show what a lovely companion he can be.
Jasper is a clever boy who really enjoys learning and is very food motivated, making training a great way to build his confidence and keep his mind busy. He already knows lots of commands including sit, wait, paw and lie down, and he is always keen to learn when there are tasty treats involved!
Out on walks, Jasper can be a lovely walking companion and generally walks well, although he can pull forwards when something catches his attention. He enjoys exploring and playing with his soft toys, but he can become easily bored if play doesn’t keep him interested.
Jasper can be head-shy around new people, so he needs a family who will give him time to build trust and won’t rush him into interactions. Once he feels comfortable, his sweet personality really starts to shine. He would be best suited to a home with children aged 13 and over, where he can have the calm environment and understanding he needs.
