Meet Bruce!
Bruce is a sweet boy who loves fuss, attention and spending time with his people. He already knows some of his basic commands, including sit and give paw, and he responds to his name and has recall. Bruce enjoys his treats, which will be a great help with his ongoing training and learning new things. He can sometimes get bored with toys, but he does enjoy a good game of tug, and he can be quite vocal when he gets excited during playtime!
Bruce could live with children of all ages and may be able to share his home with another dog, subject to successful introductions and a suitable match. He is looking for a loving family who will give him plenty of attention, keep him mentally stimulated and continue building on the skills he already knows.
Bruce may also need some ongoing support with itchy skin, which could include long-term itch-control medication such as Zenrelia, as advised by his vet. If his itching persists into the winter, a hydrolysed diet trial may be recommended to investigate whether a food allergy could be contributing to his symptoms.
