Registration Form Submitted

Thank you for completing our online registration form to register your pet/s with The Vet Clinic @ Birmingham Dogs Home.

Please allow 3-4 working days for us to process your request.

We will contact the veterinary practice where your pet is currently registered and inform them that their registration is being swapped to our vet clinic and request through the pet’s full clinical history. This is a requirement of all veterinary practices taking on a new patient and is a standard procedure between veterinary practices. This ensures the best possible handover and continuity of care for your pet.

Once we have registered your pet/s on our system we will email you to let you know this process is complete and send you our Welcome Pack. If you have any questions feel free to email us or contact our reception on 0121 643 4324.
